Jennifer Grady

Jennifer Grady is a partner and the Co-Chair of the Corporate Group at Crowell & Moring LLP. Jennifer represents financial institutions in connection with distressed debt and claims trading transactions and derivatives transactions. Prior to joining Crowell & Moring LLP, Jennifer was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and the Managing Partner of Richards Kibbe & Orbe. Before graduating from Harvard Law School and entering the practice of law, Jennifer was a music major at Wellesley College and was awarded the Billings Performance Award in Music in recognition of her contribution to the community through piano performance. Jennifer was a regular performer of chamber music and served during college and after graduation as an accompanist for Wellesley College choral groups, instrumentalists and vocalists in rehearsals, auditions and performances.
