Warner Bailey founded Sunset Nine and has worked with clients ranging from Don Julio, Bulleit, Celsius, Hendrick’s, PepsiCo, GoPuff and Red Bull and has worked on festivals for Boiler Room, AEG & Goldenvoice. Before launching his own agency, Bailey served as the Festival Director for M3F Fest, a non-profit festival in Phoenix, AZ that donates 100% of proceeds to charity. While at M3F Fest, he helped create the M3F Fund, donating over $2 Million to 35+ regional and national charities, and hosted a lineup including Odesza, Rüfüs du Sol, Bon Iver, Maggie Rogers, Kaytranada, Jamie XX & more. In 2022, he launched an arts program in Phoenix focused on providing mural space and materials to underserved artists in the Arizona community.

Bailey created and manages Assistants Vs. Agents (AvA), a meme page turned media company that has secured deals with Amazon MGM, Paramount+, RCA Records, Roku and more. He writes The AvA Connection, a weekly newsletter providing resources and sharing the stories of Industry execs to an audience of young professionals in the Entertainment Industry.

Bailey previously spent time at WME, Live Nation, and consulted for a variety of startups. He holds a degree from Georgetown University and currently resides in Los Angeles.

The Music Industry Advisory Board aims to ensure that students have access to a diverse set of successful music professionals, so they are aware that there is more to the industry beyond being on the main stage. Our mission is to close the gap for the next generation of music industry professionals to create a more inclusive and diverse future.
