This October, Save The Music Foundation and the Black Music Action Coalition (BMAC) partnered with AEG Presents and Berklee NYC for the 3rd annual Remix The Industry convening.

Held October 16–17, 2025, at Racket NYC and Power Station at Berklee NYC, the two-day event brought together over 70 students from Save The Music’s J Dilla Music Technology programs with top executives, artists, and educators in the live entertainment and music industries.

Since launching in 2023, Remix The Industry has become a cornerstone initiative for Save The Music and Black Music Action Coalition—helping dismantle barriers and create equitable career access for the next generation of diverse young creators.

When our young people see themselves in every space—from classrooms to boardrooms, from studios to executive suites—that’s when equity becomes reality.
