Kevin Ng

Kevin Ng

Managing Director, Tilden Park Capital Management

Kevin‘s passion for music was ignited by his parents, who were both hobbyist musicians. Initially following in his father’s footsteps, Kevin took up the violin during his childhood. His musical journey expanded further as an adult, inspired by the movie La La Land, which led him to embrace the piano—an instrument his mother still enjoys. Kevin’s musical tastes are diverse, spanning from electronic dance to jazz and classical. He enjoys live performances ranging from musical festivals to NYC jazz clubs and concert halls.

After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania’s Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology, Kevin embarked on a 19-year tenure at Morgan Stanley. There, he led several businesses as a Managing Director in the Fixed Income Division, including CMBS Trading, Commercial Real Estate Lending Capital Markets, and US Securitized Products Credit Trading, and served on the Fixed Income Management Committee. In 2023, Kevin joined Tilden Park Capital as the Head of US Securitized Products Trading.

Driven by a passion to give back and a profound appreciation for the arts, Kevin joined the Board of Save the Music in 2018, and also contributes to the American Dance Movement. Alongside his commitment to music and dance, Kevin and his wife enjoy a wide range of interests, including psychology, culinary arts, travel, and environmental sustainability. They are proud parents to two young children, Ella and Aidan, and Kevin looks forward to sharing his love of karaoke with them when they’re older.
