Aramis Bryant
Senior Counsel at TKO | Co-Chair of STM’s NextGen Leadership Collective
Aramis Bryant is an experienced business and legal affairs executive with over thirteen years of business experience, including nearly seven years of law practice in-house at major entertainment companies such as TKO (where she is currently Senior Counsel), CBS Sports, BuzzFeed (including Complex Media and HuffPost), and NFL Films, along with prior record label internships at Warner Music Group and Capitol Records. In addition to her professional responsibilities, Aramis serves on the New York City Bar Association’s In-House Counsel and Entertainment Law Committees.
Aramis primarily specializes in Entertainment and Intellectual Property Law, but she has functioned as a corporate generalist across commercial transactions in media companies since 2022, where she structures, drafts, and negotiates a wide variety of high volume and complex agreements, including, but not limited to, music, production, above-the-line talent, rights acquisition, distribution, special event, sponsorship, marketing, employment, engineering, and technology agreements.
As an advisor and strategic business partner, Aramis’ counsel on various legal issues and negotiation of high-priority agreements has contributed to the success of her stakeholders’ business units and ensured the seamless execution of high-profile special events, marketing activations, and productions across broadcast and cable television, streaming, and digital media, most notably including the NFL and 2024 Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas (and ancillary special projects with performing acts such as USHER, Cirque du Soleil, and Steve Aoki), the PGA Tour (including the Masters Tournament), and the Men’s March Madness Basketball Tournament, in addition to other sports and entertainment programming.
Aramis is also a lifelong music lover whose passion for music and formative years playing percussion instruments in middle and high school programs inspired her to pursue a career in Entertainment Law. She is admitted to practice in New York, Tennessee, and Missouri.
