Warner Bailey is the creator of Assistants Vs. Agents (AvA), a meme page-turned-media company he founded while an assistant at WME in 2018. AvA has worked with major brands and studios, including Apple TV+, Amazon MGM Studios, Netflix, Paramount+, HBO Max, Prime Video, Warner Bros. Pictures, Meta, Don Julio, Red Bull, Prince Street Pizza, SZA, and RCA Records.

Bailey writes The AvA Connection, a top industry newsletter and interviews entertainment executives and talent on The Call Log podcast. He is currently developing IP across multiple mediums including a scripted TV show, short-form video and a book under the AvA umbrella.

In addition to his work with AvA, Bailey founded and manages Sunset Nine, a creative agency with past clients including Don Julio, PepsiCo, AB InBev, Celsius, Hendrick’s, GoPuff, Red Bull, Weed Maps, White Claw, Desert Air, GV Surf Club, Palm Tree Fest & Boiler Room.

After working in touring at Live Nation & WME he served as the Festival Director for M3F Fest, a non-profit festival in Phoenix, AZ who welcomed acts ranging from Odesza, Rüfüs du Sol, Bon Iver, Maggie Rogers, Kaytranada, and Jamie XX. Bailey spearheaded the creation of the M3F Fund, which donated $2.3 million to more than 35 charities during his tenure.

Bailey is a passionate advocate for philanthropy and the arts, producing Live From Los Angeles, a fire relief concert and YouTube-exclusive livestream with Diplo, Poolside, DRAMA & more that raised $100k+ for MusiCares.

The Music Industry Advisory Board aims to ensure that students have access to a diverse set of successful music professionals, so they are aware that there is more to the industry beyond being on the main stage. Our mission is to close the gap for the next generation of music industry professionals to create a more inclusive and diverse future.
