Development Research Internship
Save The Music Foundation is looking for a Development Research Intern who will work closely with the Development team and will be primarily responsible for prospective donor research. The intern will cover in-depth research projects covering a variety of regions and focuses, generating results that will assist with the Development team’s growth and help expand their reach to foundations, corporations, and individuals. Project scopes will vary in size and specificity; a sample research project could be compiling a list of corporations headquartered in Los Angeles whose philanthropic funding priorities include music or education. By the end of this internship, the intern will have gained insight into the nonprofit fundraising process as well as valuable professional work experience and skills.
The start date for this internship is February 1, 2024.
- Undergraduate junior or senior, or recent graduate
- Thorough research skills
- Excellent time management
